Online Exhibition
Join the Kalamazoo Book Arts Center to welcome Southwest Michigan Printmakers (SWMP) in this online exhibition featuring work from their series “Light and Dark” and “H2O.”
Begun in the late 1970's, the Southwest Michigan Printmakers (SWMP) is a diverse and informal group of regional artist/printmakers dedicated to the creation of hand made and fine art prints. Meeting bi-monthly, the group encourages artists working in printmaking and promotes excellence in the various print mediums. Through exhibitions of their works, SWMP helps to encourage public knowledge, understanding, and support for printmaking. Find out more about SWMP on their Facebook Page.
SWMP’s latest exhibition is based on members’ interpretations of Light and Dark.

“The H20 Show” is a suite of 24 miniature prints based upon the broad theme of ‘water’. This collection illustrates the many forms and mediums printmaking offers, and reflects the individual artist’s interpretation of the theme.
