Encaustigraphics (or e*graphics for short) is a process for creating a vibrantly colorful, lightweight sculptural material with encaustic wax and inkjet prints. Any artwork or photograph can be translated into this new medium, and then used to create window art, books, lamps, jewelry and dimensional sculptures, large or small. This introductory class will teach you how to make e*graphics and then explore some of the many ways to use the resulting material through experiments with super simple sculpture. For more information and photos of possibilities, visit encaustigraphics.com.
