There was a time when books were more mysterious. Where did they come from? They could only be produced by people in distant printshops or factories. They seemed to drop out of the sky! But now, with community workshops like the KBAC, everyone can make a book! This is a class for anyone who wants to produce their own book by hand. We will work with both letterpress and digital printing, do some hand papermaking, include simple relief prints, and bind the books by hand. Each participant will conclude the workshop with a small edition of books.
